I am an environmental and resource economist specializing in land use and management, climate change adaptation, and the valuation of ecosystem services. My research examines how landowners, communities, and policymakers respond to climate risks, such as wildfire, sea-level rise, and invasive species, by linking human decision-making with spatially explicit ecological processes.

I am an associate professor in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Georgia.
